This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Altano North America Equine Veterinary Partners, LLC (“Altano North America”), uses and discloses your personal information. Altano North America may collect information that you provide when you use the Services, such as when you: 1) subscribe to our e-newsletter, 2) or when you submit an inquiry through our “Contact Us” form. The information collected via the website is securely stored and is never sold.

All personal data transmitted through the internet going to and from the site contact and registration forms, etc. are protected using industry-standard, 128 bit encryption over the Secure Sockets Layer protocol. Altano North America has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States. By using Altano North America’s services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States.  Your personal data is stored by Altano North America on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services Altano North America engages, located in the United States. Altano North America retains data for the duration of your business relationship with Altano North America and for a period of time thereafter to analyze the data for Altano North America’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes.
